Nor'Easter! - December 5-7, 2003

Here are a couple of quick pics on the Monday following the big storm we had here in Boston (and all along the East Coast). This is the most snow I've ever seen in Boston in my 7 some-odd years here.

We had a few beautiful days here and it's nice to see the white, kids throwing snowballs and families singing carols in the street. Of course, there are those who probably feel differently - the picture of the ticketed car is a classic City of Boston stunt ... "Thank you for living in the City of Boston. As a reward for the fact that your car was burried by our plows under three feet of dirty snow HERE'S A TICKET! ... in fact, HERE'S TWO!"

What can I say? Bush-league mistake - must be a newcomer. Seven years of living around here makes ya tough and ... smaht. Seriously, I sympathize. I didn't think it was so funny a few years back when that happened to me.
